Project Requirements

EMG Antennas is a local antenna and CCTV installation service based in Sydney. Rudi, the owner, reached out to us with one clear objective — he needed help driving more leads and growing the business. 

He wanted more visibility, a stronger online presence, and a way to attract the right local customers. We worked with him to build a clear digital marketing strategy to achieve this goal. Focusing on targeting homeowners and businesses in Sydney who were actively looking for reliable antenna and CCTV installation services.

The Challenge

EMG Antennas was facing a few key roadblocks. The website needed a complete overhaul. It lacked design credibility, which hurt buyer confidence and made it hard to convert visitors into paying customers. The site was basic, hard to navigate, and didn’t reflect the professionalism of Rudi’s work.

There was also no clear marketing strategy in place. Rudi wasn’t ranking on Google, and there were no active ad campaigns to drive traffic. He didn’t have the time to manage these efforts himself, and without support, it was difficult to generate consistent leads or grow the business beyond a one-person operation.

Project Proposal

We advised starting with a two-pronged approach focused on SEO and Google Ads. For long-term growth, we developed a tailored SEO strategy that included on-page optimisation, improvements to local listings, and link-building efforts. The goal was to help EMG Antennas appear on the first page for key local keywords.

At the same time, we launched a Google Ads campaign targeting people actively searching for antenna and CCTV installation services in Sydney. These ads were designed to bring in high-intent leads quickly and consistently, giving the business momentum while the SEO strategy built up in the background.

Marketing Results

The results were significant. EMG Antennas quickly went from a few website visits per day to an average of 280. The Google Ads campaign brought in a steady stream of qualified leads, and the improved SEO helped the site rank on the first page for important local searches.

As the leads increased, so did the size of the team. What started as a one-man business grew into a team of three, giving Rudi the support he needed to take on more clients and scale the operation.
